Recharge Your Mind. Restore Your Energy. Reclaim Your Sleep.
Helping improve youth mental health by raising awareness about sleep deprivation.
Get to Know Me
My name is Aarush Tekkem
I hope to become a doctor. I am passionate about helping students improve their sleep and mental health so they can feel their best. I am a high school student at Rock Hill High School, and I enjoy learning about science, computers, and how the human body works.
My interest in healthcare comes from real-life experiences. I completed the Harvard MedScience Program, where I learned about medicine and patient care. I shadowed a dentist and saw how doctors treat patients and communicate with them. I volunteered at a food bank, where I worked with a team to help people in my community.
Through these experiences, I learned that sleep, stress, and mental health are all connected, especially for students who are busy with school and activities.

Mission
Our mission is to help youth understand why sleep matters and make it a priority for better mental health, school performance, and overall well-being.
My goal is to raise awareness about sleep deprivation, encourage healthier sleep habits, share simple ways to reduce stress.
Success for me is promoting the idea that rest is important for success and productivity in youth.
